1. Why aren't the questions loading?
To load and view questions in the DMH app, please make sure your device is connected to the internet.
2. Why can't I access all the questions in the app?
Only a limited number of questions are available for free in each category. To unlock all 500+ questions across all categories, you’ll need to upgrade to DMH Premium.
3. Is this app suitable for children?
The DMH app is unsuitable for children as certain buckets/categories contain mature themes, including adult humour and references to alcohol. DMH is designed for users aged 18 and over.
4. I selected the wrong age or gender. Can I change it?
Currently, gender and age details are collected once for research purposes and cannot be edited. We’re working on allowing profile changes in future updates.
5. What do I get with DMH Premium?
With DMH Premium, you unlock access to over 500+ exclusive questions, available across all buckets.
6. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your device's app store. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
7. Do I need to create an account to use the app?
No account is required. You can start playing immediately. We only ask for minimal information (like age range and gender) for research purposes.
8. Does the app offer other languages outside of English?
Not yet — this version is in English only.
9. How do I report a problem or send feedback?
You can report issues or send feedback via the app by selecting “Report an Issue” in the main menu. You’ll be asked to provide a brief description and your email so we can follow up once it’s resolved.
10. Can I suggest new questions or categories?
Absolutely - we welcome ideas! Please use the "Report an Issue" feature in the app to submit suggestions.
